Have you checked the cable connection between the DSL router and your local network hub/switch?

Most hubs and switches will have green lights indicating the presence of an electrical link on each port. If you have
lights indicating no link between your router and your hub/switch you might have a bad/loose cable or you might
have the wrong type of cable. For example, the Flowpoint 2200 router has a 4-port hub built into it. When connecting
one of these ports to a standard port on another hub, you must use a crossover cable rather than a straight-through
