Ask other people on your network if they are able to access the Internet or use e-mail. If your computer is the only
workstation unable to access the internet, the problem is likely isolated to your computer. First, try rebooting your
computer. Secondly, check the cables connecting your computer and your local network for a solid connection. Also
check the TCP/IP configuration on your network card.
